At ModdNest, one-click expansion, intelligent hydraulic systems, and the indoor smart furniture is automatically put into place and deployed quickly.
- The entire house has a weight ranging from 18 to 20 tons, with a significant portion (7 tons) consisting of steel. The house frame is constructed with a steel structure that can carry 200 tons. The exterior walls and roof primarily utilize aluminum foam, and there's a solid wood panel covering an area of approximately 3,229 square feet. These materials offer advantages such as durability during transportation and meet environmental protection standards, allowing for recycling and reuse.
- The house is ingeniously designed to unfold automatically from a 39.37-foot × 8.01-foot standard container into a fully functional suite. Upon expansion, it achieves a height of 11.81 feet, a length of 39.37 feet, and a width of 28.22 feet, with a net height of 10.17 feet.
- The first-generation product boasts an area of approximately 1,076 square feet. Excitingly, a second-generation product is anticipated for launch in 2025, envisioned as a double-story building spanning approximately 2,152 square feet. This innovative approach signals a promising evolution in modular housing.
